A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Jefferson County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy rules govern the query after submission.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the message and reply information as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless service operation requires it or the law compels disclosure.
